ALL work must be original in design, form, concept
and media. It must be handcrafted or artistically crafted by the exhibitor.
The Church
of the Holy Cross reserves the right to be the major food vendor and
to sell all baked goods, jams and jellies.

In order to include
more variety of crafts offered at the Valle Country Fair,
ALL
EXHIBITORS will be juried.
 We
ask each applicant to submit three 3 x 5 inch photos of
their crafts along with a $10 non-refundable application
fee. Include your name, business name, and a brief description
of your craft. If you desire to have your photographs
returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
If your application is accepted, you
will be requested to submit a non-refundable $25 booth
registration fee. Near Fair time, you will receive a detailed
information letter.
There is no electricity available.
All exhibitors provide their own tables. If you use a
tent, it must be certified fire-retardant.
We continue to ask all exhibitors
to tithe 10% of their gross sales. You will be given an
envelope for this purpose upon registration. Please return
your tithe at the end of the day.
Thank you for your cooperation and attention
to the above. Because of you, we are able to contribute
to local charities and families in need. All monies are
given locally and received gratefully.
